Features

See every app. Control every identity. Without the integration headaches.

Discovery + Inventory

Savvy automatically discovers SaaS and other web app use across your environment using our patented browser-based sensing technology, combined with email, IdP, and API-integrations with key platforms. We continuously map every user, app, and identity interaction to uncover hidden risks like shadow IT, SSO bypass, MFA misconfigurations, weak credentials, and unmanaged admin access. Complete, continuous visibilityโ€”without manual effort or guesswork.

Savvy Enterprise Browsing System

Savvyโ€™s Enterprise Browsing System provides identity-aware, browser-level visibility and controlโ€”without disrupting how users work. Through a combination of browser + browser extensions, enterprise-grade telemetry, and real-time cloud-based analytics, Savvy provides browser-level visibility and control to secure access at the point of interaction. It enables proactive detection of risky behaviors, enforcement of identity policies like MFA and SSO coverage, and in-the-moment user guidance to eliminate identity gapsโ€”on any device, managed or unmanaged.

Browser-Based Playbooks

Savvyโ€™s Browser-Based Playbooks deliver real-time, identity-aware enforcement directly within the browserโ€”where risk decisions are made. These playbooks provide just-in-time security guardrails that guide users to take secure actions exactly when it matters, without interrupting productivity. Whether itโ€™s enforcing MFA, preventing password reuse, blocking risky app access, or flagging sensitive data movement, Savvy empowers security teams to correct risky behavior at the point of interaction.ย

Cloud-Based Playbooks

Savvyโ€™s Cloud-Based Playbooks enable automated, identity-aware policy enforcement and remediation at scale. Triggered by real-time risk signalsโ€”such as SSO bypass, MFA misconfigurations, or anomalous app behaviorโ€”these playbooks take swift, targeted action without waiting on manual intervention. From alerting security teams to automatically revoking access, initiating offboarding workflows, or applying identity hygiene policies across apps.

Enterprise Add-Ons

Enhance your Savvy deployment with optional enterprise-grade capabilities designed to deepen visibility, expand control, and support specialized use cases. These add-ons are available as part of a custom package for organizations with advanced security, compliance, or governance needs.

Web Categorization

Gain detailed insights into user web activity across work and non-work apps. This add-on classifies accessed URLs by risk level, app category, and compliance relevanceโ€”helping you better understand user behavior, enforce acceptable use policies, and reduce exposure to shadow IT or GenAI misuse.

Data Analysisย

Go beyond app and identity-level visibility with deep analysis of browser-based data interactions. This add-on enables detection of sensitive data access, movement, and potential exfiltration. Ideal for organizations with strict data protection requirements, it provides the intelligence and controls needed to enforce DLP policies at the browser layerโ€”without interrupting workflows.

FAQs

How is Savvy priced? Is it based on users, apps, or something else?

We price based on the number of monitored identities (users), with tiered volume discounts as you scale.

Does Savvy offer a free trial or assessment?

Yes, Savvy offers a range of pre-sales evaluation engagements for qualified customers to demonstrate the full visibility and control capabilities of the Savvy platform. No-cost assessments are used for a basic proof-of-value (PoV) with companies licensing more than 1,000 users. Paid one-time assessments for companies of any size are also available and fulfilled by Savvy or one of our value-added resellers. Restrictions and terms apply. Contact us for details.

Whatโ€™s included in a one-time risk assessment?

Our no-cost, one-time risk assessment includes basic visibility into a subset of your organizationโ€™s SaaS and other apps, including the discovery of identities in managed, unmanaged, and unsanctioned apps.ย  It also includes the identification of identity-hygiene risks (such as SSO bypass, MFA gaps, and weak credentials), and a comprehensive executive summary. No-cost assessments are available for organizations with more than 1,000 users.

We also offer a more comprehensive one-time assessment for companies of any size. This white-glove service is delivered by Savvy or its network of partners and is 100% turnkey to ensure a smooth, value-driven experience.

Restrictions and terms apply. Contact us for details.

How long does a risk assessment take?

The technical setup takes less than 60 minutes once prerequisites are in place, such as approvals, stakeholder alignment, and device readiness. However, like any enterprise initiative, change management and internal project coordination can extend the timeline. We typically see organizations complete the discovery phase in two weeks, followed by delivery of a detailed assessment report, risk summary, and identity scorecard. Our team partners closely with you throughout to keep things moving efficiently and minimize lift on your end.

Do I need to commit to a paid plan after the risk assessment?

No. The zero-cost assessment is offered with no obligation to purchase for qualified organizations. Itโ€™s designed to help you evaluate your SaaS and identify risk exposure before making any commitments.

The paid, one-time assessment is also free of any obligation to make a recurring subscription.ย

Our goal is to help you quantify the risk you already have across your organization and help you plan for closing any gaps discovered as your budget and resources permit. We meet you where you are and are committed to serving your needs over timeโ€”on your terms.

Is there a cost for deployment or integrations?

No. Savvyโ€™s setup is agentless and leverages your existing infrastructure. Our zero-touch integrations provide browser-based discovery require no coding, no agents, and no ongoing deployment costs. Out-of-the-box integrations with your IdP, email infrastructure, and other key business systems are available at no-cost.

Whatโ€™s included in each pricing tier?

Each plan includes core features like app and identity visibility. Higher tiers add capabilities like browser and cloud-based automation playbooks, continuous identity policy validation and assurance, and other advanced capabilities.

Are integrations with IAMs, HRIS, and ticketing systems included, or are they an add-on?

Most integrations are included in our standard, premium, and enterprise plans. We also offer custom integrations for additional cost to connect with your bespoke applications and infrastructure.
